1. What are batch color differences?

2. Dye lot variation between small samples and products
Dye lot variations may occur between small samples and orders, but as long as the test methods are consistent, the color differences should be negligible.
We will strictly control every step in the production process to minimize the batch to batch variation.
3. Steps we need to do

Each piece of textile in the same order, in the same space, should be supplied from the same or similar lot as far as possible.
We recommend placing orders for the same space together to reduce color variations, and conducting a color test as soon as the customer receives a small sample to confirm that it is consistent and meets expectations.
(3) Avoid lot variation color difference. Each order and each sample at each point in time of purchase has a slight possibility of lot variation.
Even with the passage of time, products purchased at different orders or points in time may produce some slight color differences, but these variations are usually negligible.
4. Inspection Procedure
Perform a color inspection using standard lighting such as D65 or daylight near noon.
Examine each sample to ensure that its color matches the desired effect and to avoid the possibility of batch variations due to prolonged testing or improper handling.
Regularly review color labels and usage records for all samples.
If any discrepancies are found, we take them seriously and take steps to re-evaluate the production process to prevent future batch variation.
